Position Overview

As a full-time Business Analyst (BA), you’ll be a critical member of a project team, providing research and analytic support to consultants and managers, and ultimately helping address our clients’ key questions.  Each project presents unique challenges, and our analysts are involved from day one in problem solving, research, analysis, and presentation. 

BAs are not only responsible for quality research, but are also encouraged and expected to develop strategic insights and conclusions, strengthening the broader team. As such, our BAs need to always think critically about the broader implications of the research while delving in to understand the nitty-gritty of various markets.

Specifically, in this role you will:

Collect and analyze data from a variety of primary and secondary sources, and effectively communicate your findings and insights to the project team in verbal and written form.
Collaborate with other project team members to share and further develop your insights, and develop analytics that will feed into the final recommendations and presentations we make to our clients.

Contribute to deliverables and client conversations, helping team leads to share analysis and results with senior-level executives at Fortune 500 firms and top-tier LBO’s.

 

Requirements

Undergraduate degree with demonstrated academic excellence, ideally in discipline such as business, economics, marketing, and finance.
Prior experience or strong interest in consulting with an understanding of business dynamics based on prior work experience. 
Demonstrated leadership skills through participation on teams/ clubs/ organizations/ associations, whether extracurricular or professional.
Self-starter with an intellectual curiosity and teamwork capabilities.
Excellent critical thinking, understanding of business research & analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
